I like to really push myself when doing my biking at home. I usually do 30 minutes, of which half is done out of the saddle in power mode. I use Motley Timer to keep my on track with this. Motley Timer actually tells me to Stand and Push. Then when to sit down. It makes my routine easier.

As someone who needs to stretch each morning, I had a specific pattern of stretching I would do. Stretch 1 for 30 seconds. Relax for 15 seconds. Stretch 2 for 30 seconds. Relax for 15 seconds. Stretch 3 for 30 seconds. Relax for 15 seconds. I would go through this cycle three times for a total of 6 minutes and 45 seconds (2 mins and 15 seconds x 3).
I started using Motley Timer to keep my morning stretch routine on target. It made it easy. Once I set it up, I just run it in the morning when I am ready to stretch.
